Don't mind doing student or low budge.  Two of my friends
who I worked for on their student projects have since 
directed major features (one is editing his right now 
at Warner Bros as we speak!)

I will work for free or deferred payment,  if the script is 
good and the role is right,  on a professionally
managed project (translate--you gotta know what you're doing)
Because I need to have something in the end that I can
present to people in the business, and your standards need
to be as high as mine for me to feel like I can take out
the time to volunteer (Just being honest!)
