STEPHEN SMITH'S SCREENPLAY SYNOPSES (3)

EXAMINATION OF THE UNKNOWN

Set in the present day, the first communication with aliens has been made. The aliens wish to learn about us, and so a household is setup for them to observe human society. However, the household is not entirely average, and of course it doesn’t all go to plan. What are the "aliens" intentions, and who’s fault is it anyway? Approx. 16 pages, locations are a house (various rooms) and an office.

NO RELIEF

This is a spoof of the Die Hard genre of action films. The government is being held to ransom by a terrorist organization. The hero, John Raw, is the ideal candidate to help them out due to his trade as a plumber. The action takes place in various locations in and around a city, finally climaxing at the sewage works. Lots of toilet humour and puns. Approx. 35 pages, quite a few "extravagant" locations.

LEECH OF SOCIETY

A horror film based around a university campus. It is just before final exams, and various students are having headaches, far too co- incidentally happening when a new student arrives who seems to know just about everything about everything. How does he do this while stilling making strange noises in the middle of the night. Two other students decide to investigate. Approx. 20 pages, locations: various dorms and corridors. Stephen Smith
