Once a semi-popular silent-era cartoon character, Skatpuddle lost his job forever when sound was invented and his cheese-grating voice was finally heard by the public. His voice is so bad he can't even go to interviews, ask for directions, or play "I Spy" without getting the snot beat out of him. Amazingly, he sings karaoke every month.
